Kimmel Center for Performing Arts
The Kimmel Center, a major cultural center in Philadelphia, recognized that they an opportunity to increase their revenue stream.
Through more strategic utilization of event spaces during dayparts considered “off hours.” Edgewater conducted a research project, analyzing the market situation and opportunities in the corporate meeting and event business category. We developed a targeted marketing recommendation for expanding business through a new sales focus and an adjustment to their event messaging. Our recommendations were successfully implemented.
Whitsons asked Edgewater Marketing to conduct “post mortem” interviews with new clients and prospects to uncover areas of opportunity to improve their proposals. Edgewater designed the research process and conducted interviews among decision makers, providing analysis and input on an ongoing basis.
As a team member for this nationally recognized foodservice consultant working with an equipment company, we conducted a series of executive interviews among dealers and sales representatives as well as facilitated a focus group with foodservice consultant advisors.
